Every so often I put on a free workshop to help a select number of golfers. You’ll get one short video per day for 7 days. Each video is designed to help you understand what’s been getting in your way, how pressure affects your body and swing, and what to focus on instead. There’s nothing technical to learn and no swing changes to make, just simple, practical awareness of what happens when pressure show up and how to deal with it. All you need is a few minutes a day and an open mind.
